    ● The product is different from what you described at the time of purchase.
    ● The product does not meet your expectations but is in new, unused condition.

    Once your refund request is approved, we will provide a return address. You are responsible for returning the product safely, and the return shipping fee is borne by you, unless the product has quality problems or non-human damage.

    After receiving the returned product and confirming its status, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
